Orders are processed within 1–3 business days, with an estimated delivery timeframe of 3–5 business days after dispatch.
Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding UK public holidays.
International Shipping

International orders are shipped using Royal Mail International services.
Shipping rates start from £14.99, with the final cost calculated at checkout based on destination and parcel weight.
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and delivery typically takes 7–15 business days, depending on the destination and customs processing times.
Customs & Import Duties
International shipments may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the recipient. We recommend contacting your local customs authority before placing your order to understand any potential fees.

Lost Parcels
If you believe your parcel has been lost in transit, please contact us at contact@nurelle.co.uk.
A parcel will be considered lost only after:

The estimated delivery timeframe has passed, and

The courier confirms the parcel is lost or sufficient time has elapsed under their claims process.
We will initiate an investigation with Royal Mail where applicable. Claims cannot be processed until the courier’s investigation period has concluded.
Nurèlle is not responsible for parcels marked as delivered by the courier. Customers are advised to check with household members, neighbours, and their local delivery office before contacting us.
Incorrect Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping details at checkout.
Nurèlle is not responsible for orders shipped to addresses entered incorrectly by the customer.
